What we collect

To deliver an order: name, phone, address and city. Nothing else is needed, so nothing else is asked.

For the daily draw: an email address, used only to stop several entries on the same day.

For a back-in-stock alert: an email address, used for a single message on the day the perfume returns, then kept to measure demand per perfume. The letter is only added if you tick the box for it.

For the letter: an email address. Every letter carries a one-click unsubscribe link.

For reviews: after a delivered order, a personal link lets you rate the perfumes you received. The perfume page shows only your first name, the initial of your last name, your city, your rating and your text.

We ask for no banking details, since payment is cash on delivery.

What we do not do with it

Your details are not sold, rented or passed to a commercial partner.

Cookies and advertising

The site uses the Google Ads tag, which sets Google cookies to measure how well our ads work (which ad led to an order) and, where applicable, to show you our perfumes on other websites.

No order details (name, phone, address) are passed to Google: only the order amount and reference accompany the measurement.

You can turn off ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com, or refuse cookies in your browser settings.

For how long

Order data is kept for three years, which is how long a claim remains possible.

Write to us and we delete your account and data within 30 days.
