What can be returned

A decant still sealed can be returned within 7 days of delivery. The seal is a film around the neck of the vial: as long as it is intact, we take the product back.

An opened decant cannot be taken back. That is not a commercial policy, it is hygiene: an opened perfume vial cannot be resold to anyone else. It is exactly why we offer 2 ml, which costs the price of a test.

If the parcel arrives damaged

You pay on delivery, so you open the parcel in front of the courier. If a vial is broken, leaking, or the contents do not match the order, refuse the parcel on the spot. Nothing is charged and we reship at our cost.

If you notice the problem after the courier has left, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours. We replace or refund with no return to make.

How to return

Message us on WhatsApp with your order number. We confirm the return address the same day.

Return postage is at your cost, except when the fault is ours or the product arrived damaged.

Refunds are issued within 7 days of receiving the return, by the method you choose: bank transfer, or credit on a future order.
