What delivery costs
Shipping is 35 MAD whatever the city. There is no surcharge for the south or for rural areas, only a longer wait.
From 500 MAD, shipping is free. That is also the price of the draw pack, which therefore always ships free.

How you pay
Cash only, on delivery, once the parcel is open in front of the courier. Nothing is charged before.
Open the parcel before paying. If a vial is broken, leaking, or the contents do not match, refuse the parcel: you pay nothing and we reship at our cost.

- Do you deliver to small villages?
- Yes, anywhere our carrier goes, which covers most of the country. For a very remote locality, delivery is to the carrier’s office in the nearest town, and we tell you before dispatch.
- Can I get same-day delivery?
- In Casablanca only, for an order confirmed before noon, it is sometimes possible. Message us on WhatsApp before ordering to check.
- Does heat damage the perfume in transit?
- Decants travel in tinted glass inside an opaque padded sleeve. Over a 24 to 72h trip, even in summer, the composition is not altered. What damages a fragrance is prolonged exposure, not a journey.
